Description
This gold-tone steel pendant is named after the legendary Saint Benedict medal.
The coin’s front features Saint Benedict, while on the back, a cross with the letters C S S M L – N D S M D says, ‘May the Holy Cross be my light! May the dragon never be my overlord.’ The large C S P B means ‘The Cross of Our Holy Father Benedict’. The letters V R S N S M V – S M Q L I V B surrounding the cross stand for ‘Begone Satan. Never tempt me with your vanities. What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself.’ And to top it off, a decorative PAX at the top translates to ‘peace’.
This vintage-looking gold-tone pendant necklace for men and its chain are made of surgical-grade stainless steel. The double chain means that even if a link breaks, the necklace will be caught by the next link. Its durable lobster clasp and adjustable length let you decide where the pendant falls.
